History

Rho Omicron Foundation was formed March 12, 2014. The foundation was formed in order to reach out to help form Young Men and assist the community. ROF later received 501(c)(3) status on July 29, 2016. ROF is a subsidiary of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., Rho Omicron Chapter.

Rho Omicron Foundation's goal is to assist in developing young men to become successful leaders within their communities. The cardinal principles of Rho Omicron Foundation are manhood, scholarship, perseverance and uplifting, with the motto being "Friendship is essential to the Soul."

Rho Omicron Foundation provides youth development support by mentoring and tutoring these young men with the aim of inspiring them to further their education. We believe that these young men will walk away with a value system which will be instilled in each of them by virtue of having attended the programs offered by Rho Omicron Foundation.
